Daniel and the finance gentleman were friendly and easy to talk to. They helped me trade in my 14 year old car at over its value for a new K4. They went over terms several times until finding a deal that was agreeable to me and my particular circumstances. This was my second visit to this dealership and I'd go back or recommend them to a friend for sure. Looking forward to going back in several months for the first service appointment

The team was incredibly professional and transparent. They took the time to answer all of my questions and thoroughly explained all of the charges. I especially appreciated how they broke down the concern level of each issue so I knew exactly what needed immediate attention. I am very satisfied with the service I received here and will definitely be back!

There was Poor service,no communication, very rude,unfair pricing.No correct information.no shuttle or car rental. Waited days for no response from my case person nor updates via text message. They jacked up price and gave a lot of incorrect information on steps for a solution and pricing.

We have been trying to contact the finance department via email for a couple of days now to make some changes and nobody responds once you sign those contracts. The only reason we are giving a 3 star is because of Z, our sales person being so kind when she sold us the car.

Jesse was very kind. I was in and out sooner than he estimated. I was confused though by the pricing, as when I purchased it I was told it would be a free oil change. Yes, the oil change was free, but how my charge came to $142 was confusing.
I brought my car in for 30,000 mile maintenance and a recall issue. They got it all done in just a few hours and had my car ready to go when I arrived.
I always have excellent experiences because the staff mentioned above , along with Ms Jodie, Tony and Joel are welcoming and make sure everything is done correctly. Daniel, the young man who sold me the vehicle, checks on me periodically. My brother and I are treated like family.

Very disappointed with Kia overall. I feel like I was scammed, especially with the service department. The salespeople were okay. No real issues. I just wish they really went above and beyond to satisfy their disgruntled customers.
