Go in and ask for Youssf Ballan, he was great. I went in to look around and test drive. He was patient and knew his cars. As a dealership, they will try their very best not to let you out the door without a sales, so be aware of that. Kia is a good product but I ended up with a different brand that met my needs.

Mr. Tony was GREAT and provide professional service. The only reason I didn't give it 5 starts was because it took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and I got there as soon as they opened at 7am.
I did the 60K mile service. Its one of the larger maintenance packages and it was faster than expected.

My experience was very positive, they attended me quickly. they requested the piece and worked very quickly on the car, I only tried it today, but it seems good, the tension of Jesse Martins was very, very professional, the only thing I should point out from the dealership is that although your car is under warranty, they do not provide you with another car to move while they are with yours.

I was impressed by the sells person name Z. She greeted us at the door with a hand shake. Additionally, she gave us a test drive and was patient with us for 3 hours of the sells process. I highly recommend as your sells person.

This is the second time I've been there for a recall appointment where I had to come back because the part had to be ordered.
It was the dealership policy that caused me to have a bad experience. Brett was a nice guy and I think his hands were tied and he gave me limited information about my car. My car was in the shop for over two weeks and I was told that it wasn't your fault or responsibility for my transportation. When the parts didn't arrived as planned, then I should've been notified and picked up my truck until the parts came in. I will never buy another Kia , because of the service department.

Not too happy with my experience buying my car here. Not even 2 days after purchasing my vehicle CEL came on and took the car to another dealer only to be told I have a blown turbo and faulty power steering rack. Not to mention when I was originally asking questions about the vehicle before purchase I noticed a coolant leak that I asked if it was fixed and was told it was, when I got home I re opened the hood only to find the same leak present and NOT fixed.
