I had my car towed to East Orlando because when the car broke down (fuse) I was over there. Service was horrendous! So, I had it towed to Kia West. Back to my home base. These guys NEVER let me down. So, genuine. Mark gets dirty with his crew. Tony works magic. Gabriel is SUPER kind and nonstop. Of all the actual mechanics, Terry is the THAT MAN!

Having recently moved to FL I was looking for a reliable service department for my Kia Niro. The first dealership left MUCH to be desired. I tried Greenway Kia West for the 16K service and I wasn't disappointed! Francisco, my service rep, was professional, explained the services to be performed, gave me the price breakdown, kept me informed on the progress, and got me on my way. I will definitely use Greenway Kia West for service again!

Greenway Kia West does a solid job. Tony has been outstanding to work with and always returns my email communication. The schedule for service and repairs is always flexible. The porter staff greets you right away and gets you checked in within a minute of speaking with you. The waiting area is comfortable and the service manager comes by to check on everyone. Overall my experience with Greenway Kia West was good. The salesperson (Jhonatan) was excellent and highly recommended. My only negative issue was with sales manager. When they prepared the estimate of cost, they did not calculate the taxes correctly for my county and after the documents were signed I noticed the excess amount taxes which increased my loan amount by $213. Instead of accepting the error, he tried to explain why the amount was higher and I should accept it. After I threatened to return the car, he spoke with someone higher and agreed to refund me the excess loan amount. ...
The WORST car buying experience of my life. We were lied to from the moment we walked in the front door. and here we are driving illegally because nobody thought to call us about some title fee they failed to charge us correctly?
