I needed to take in my 2024 seltos for an issue with my radiator house. I took it to the dealership after 4:00 pm without an appointment. Liz was very helpful she checked it and and said that she will call me within two hours. AND SHE DID! She informed me that they wanted to keep the car while waiting for the part so that it did not overheat. I explained to her that was my only form of transportation, and she got me into a rental. Have had my previous 2 car services done here with my service advisor Jesse Martins and he’s been an absolute wonder to work with. He will be honest and will provide the best service for your vehicle, he had great communication and even arranged a rental car when my car had to stay overnight. Treated pleasantly. Honored the cash price, . The dealership did have a bunch of signs all over that said 350 units which made me feel kind of like a number, or a sales target. I was never pressured. They removed the extra dealer fees.
Carlos was Finance manager and he did a good job. There were a few snafus during the deal causing some aggravation, but was fixed.

Long waiting time-3 hours -for tire re-balance and tire repair. Tires balanced incorrectly in August. Just drove over 70 mph the other day so shaking front end. You need a nicer outdoor area to wait in

It was easy to make an appointment on the day that worked best for me. I had Tony as my rep and he was super nice and helpful. He did tell me ahead of time that they were a bit busy and may be later than expected.

I bought my car new at another KIA dealership I took my car in forvits first free oil change and was unhappy with the customer service. I decided to come to the KIA on West colonial instead. I don't get my frr oil changes here but what I do get is Professional courtesy here. I had been taking my old car here since 2007 and never had a problem. Come to this KIA and ask for Tony. You definitely will be a satisfied customer when you leave.
I called for service on my Kia soul and thank God I was able to bring it in on the same day in about an hours time calling it was about 330. I was hoping I did not have to leave it overnight. I got it back that night so I was very happy.

Fantastic price, beat other dealerships by the thousands. New vehicle was waiting, no gimmicks. The final price was tremendous, justifying driving two hours to the dealership. Our unbelievable salesman, Kerem Cakman, spent hours on the phone, trying to get the best price for our trade and price reduction on the new vehicle, a 2024 Sorento EX.
