Your End-of-Lease Options
1. Upgrade to a New Model: Used car values remain highly competitive. Your current lease may have positive equity. We can apply that equity directly toward a new vehicle, potentially lowering your payment with zero out of pocket.
2. Purchase Your Lease: If you love your current vehicle, our finance team will convert your lease into a standard finance contract based on your original residual value.
3. Walk Away: Simply schedule a lease-end inspection with our team. We assist you with the final odometer and condition reporting.

Lease Return FAQ
Do I have to return my lease to the original dealer?
No. You can return your Kia Finance America lease to Greenway Kia West regardless of where you originally purchased it, including City Kia or Kia of Clermont.
Can I end my lease early?
Yes. Depending on market conditions and your vehicle’s equity, you may be able to exit your lease early without penalties. We offer complimentary equity analysis.
Will I have to pay disposition fees?
If you purchase your current lease or trade it in for a new model at our dealership, the standard disposition fee is typically waived.
