City Driving

• Auto Emergency Braking Technology: Using a combination of Forward Collision Warning and Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist functionalities, your Kia will detect potential collisions with other vehicles, pedestrians, or cyclists and apply the brakes to prevent or lessen the effects of a crash. 
• Blind-Spot View Monitor: When you activate your left or right turn signal, you’ll receive a live view of the adjacent lane to help you see if any vehicles are in your blind spot before you merge.

Parking

• Surround View Monitor: Unlike a traditional backup camera, the Surround View Monitor will provide a 360-degree birds-eye view of your surroundings to help you park safely. 
• Remote Smart Parking Assist: Some select Kia models offer Remote Smart Parking Assist, which allows the driver to move the vehicle forward or backward out of a tight parking spot. 
• Safe Exit Warning: With Safe Exit Warning, an audible warning will sound if a rear passenger attempts to open their door while your Kia detects oncoming traffic. Depending on the model, your Kia may also lock the rear doors to prevent an exit until the road is safe.
