Is the Greenway Advantage Package mandatory?
No. The Greenway Advantage Package is a completely optional premium protection suite offered at $2,295.00. It is designed to maximize the longevity, safety, and hygiene of your investment, but it is never required to purchase, lease, or finance a vehicle.
Are these benefits considered an auto insurance policy?
No. These warranties and benefits form a service contract for specific covered services and items. They are not an insurance policy and are not subject to state insurance laws. You must still maintain your own primary auto insurance coverage.
How do I request Roadside Assistance?
You can request on-demand, 24/7 emergency roadside assistance by calling our dedicated toll-free number or by using the Driverr mobile app. The application allows you to track your service provider’s arrival time live directly from your smartphone.
What does the Stolen Vehicle Assistance actually cover?
If your vehicle is stolen and declared a total loss within the first 3 years or 36,000 miles, this loyalty program will credit an amount equal to your primary insurance deductible (up to a maximum of $2,500) toward the down payment of a replacement vehicle purchased at our dealership.
Are the warranties and loyalty benefits transferable?
No. The warranties, digital fraud protection, and loyalty benefits included in the Greenway Advantage package are granted for the sole benefit of the original registered vehicle owner and are strictly non-transferable.
